These terms govern your use of the app NUMBER HUNT ("the app") provided by aozoragraphix ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app. All rights in the app and its assets remain with us or the respective rights holders.
Copying, modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the app; tampering with records, circumventing purchases or interfering with advertising; placing an excessive load on our servers; and any unlawful conduct.
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase. Payment and refunds are handled under the rules of Apple or Google. You can restore it on the same store account via "Restore purchase". Purchases do not carry across different stores (for example iOS to Android).
Anyone who knows a transfer code can retrieve the associated play data. Do not share your code. We are not liable for loss arising from a disclosed code. Transferred data is deleted once claimed, or within 72 hours. Purchases are not transferred; use "Restore purchase" instead.
The app shows third-party ads. We are not responsible for their content or for your dealings with advertisers.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the app without prior notice, and are not liable for resulting loss.
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose or free of defects, and we have no obligation to restore play data lost through device failure, loss, replacement, app deletion or OS updates. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
